司库奇尤单抗治疗斑块状银屑病合并葡萄膜炎一例

摘要： 近年有文献报道银屑病患者葡萄膜炎的发病率和患病率高于正常人群，二者共存的发病机制尚未清楚。关于银屑病合并葡萄膜炎的治疗尚无标准化方案，可局部和系统使用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、生物制剂治疗。本文报道一例司库奇尤单抗治疗斑块状银屑病合并葡萄膜炎的患者，治疗12周后大部分皮损及眼部症状基本消退。

Abstract: In recent years, it has been reported that the incidence and prevalence of uveitis in psoriasis patients are higher than those in normal population, and the pathogenesis of the coexistence of the two is not clear. There is no standardized treatment for psoriasis complicated with uveitis. Glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants and biologics can be used. Herein, we report a case of plaque psoriasis with uveitis treated with secuchiumab. After 12 weeks of treatment, most of the lesions and ocular symptoms basically resolved.
