介绍新能源汽车电池包的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)密封圈的设计和有限元分析以及电池包的安全性能测试。所用EPDM胶料具有良好的物理性能、抗应力松弛性能和抗压缩变形性能;对EPDM密封圈的有限元分析结果表明,在最小和最大实体工况下EPDM密封圈均可以提供可靠的密封性能;电泡包燃烧和海水浸泡试验结果表明,采用EPDM密封圈的电池包的安全性能良好,满足国家标准要求。 |

The design and finite element analysis of EPDM sealing ring for battery pack of new energy vehicle and safety performance test of the battery pack were introduced.The EPDM compound had good physical properties,stress relaxation resistance and compression deformation resistance.The finite element analysis results of EPDM seal ring showed that EPDM seal ring could provide reliablb sealing performance under the minimum and maximum physical conditions.The results of battery pack combustion and seawater immersion test showed that the battery pack with EPDM seal ring had good safety performance and met the requirements of national standards. |
