进行磁性橡胶材料和多极磁性橡胶编码器的制备,并对多极磁性橡胶编码器空间磁场变化规律进行重点研究。结果表明:在轴向方向,多极磁性橡胶编码器最大磁感应强度随着气隙的增大而迅速减小;在径向方向,多极磁性橡胶编码器最大磁感应强度由内向外先增大后减小,极值在橡胶部中心点偏外处。 |

The magnetic rubber materials and multipole magnetic rubber encoder were prepared,and the spatial magnetic field variation law of multipole magnetic rubber encoder was mainly studied. The results showed that,in the axial direction,the maximum magnetic induction intensity of the multipole magnetic rubber encoder decreased rapidly with the increase of the air gap;in the radial direction,the maximum magnetic induction intensity of the multipole magnetic rubber encoder increased first and then decreased from the inside to the outside,and the extreme value was outside the center of the rubber part. |
