      采用ANSYS Workbench软件,基于有限元分析方法对橡胶破碎机的动刀刀刃角进行研究,结果显示刀刃角为42°时,动刀的综合性能最优,且满足强度要求。对转子运行前6阶振型模态分析表明,橡胶破碎机在工作时转轴不会发生共振,满足使用要求。
英文摘要:
      Based on finite element analysis method,the moving blade edge angle of rubber crusher was investigated using ANSYS Workbench software.The results showed that the moving blade with 42° edge angle had best comprehensive performance,and met the strength requirement.The results of the first six mode modal analysis of the rotor showed that the rotating shaft of the crusher would not resonate at work and meet the using requirement.
