    基于物元可拓法的高潜水位煤矿区土地损毁程度评价

    Evaluation of land damage degree in coal mining area with high groundwater level based on matter element extension method

    • 摘要: 高潜水位煤矿区井工开采造成了地面塌陷积水、农田减产等情况,但积水农田的损毁程度、损毁范围较难获取;加之高潜水位煤矿区采煤沉陷土地具有典型的不确定性和模糊性,因此,科学进行土地损毁程度评定成为矿区土地复垦方案编制和受损农民补偿标准制定的理论基础。采用熵权法确定积水时长、下沉深度、倾斜变形(东西方向,南北方向)、曲率(东西方向,南北方向)、水平变形(东西方向,南北方向)和水平移动(东西方向,南北方向)10种指标的权重,将极限条件法和可拓评价方法相结合,对芡实地、水稻玉米田和莲藕池共计34个评价单元的土地损毁程度进行评价。研究结果表明:芡实地总面积为444.7 hm2,中度损毁面积为135.7 hm2,占比30.51%;水稻玉米田总面积为747.2 hm2,整体属于轻度损毁状态;莲藕池总损毁面积为562.6 hm2,中度损毁面积为151.8 hm2,占比26.98%;研究区整体土地损毁程度较好。研究结论为科学确定土地损毁程度及范围提供理论支撑,对地区土地复垦方案编制及损毁补偿标准制定具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: The underground mining in the coal mining area with high groundwater water level has inevitably caused the ground collapse and the reduction of farmland production, but the damage degree and damage range are difficult to obtain. The mining subsidence land in coal mining area with high groundwater level has typical uncertainty and fuzziness. The evaluation of land damage degree is the theoretical basis for the formulation of land reclamation plan and compensation standard for damaged farmers in mining area. The entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of ten indexes, including water accumulation time, subsidence depth, tilt deformation(east-west direction, north-south direction), curvature(east-west direction, north-south direction), horizontal deformation(east-west direction, north-south direction)and horizontal movement(east-west direction, north-south direction). The limit condition method and extension evaluation method are combined to evaluate the land damage degree of 34 evaluation units, including gorgon field, rice corn field and lotus root pond. The results show that the total area of gorgonian land is 444.7 hm2, and the moderately damaged area is 135.7 hm2, accounting for 30.51%. The whole rice and corn field is in a state of mild damage, with a total area of 747.2 hm2. The total damaged area of lotus root pond is 562.6 hm2, and the moderately damaged area is 151.8 hm2, accounting for 26.98%. The overall land damage in the study area is good. The conclusions could provide theoretical support for scientifically determining the degree and scope of land damage, and are of great significance for the preparation of land reclamation plans and the formulation of damage compensation standards.
