    摘要:

    为了研究全年尺度下稻麦轮作系统中稻、麦秸秆全量还田对稻田土壤生态环境的影响,设置全年稻和麦秸秆均不还田(CK)、小麦季稻秸秆还田(W-RS)、水稻季麦秸秆还田(R-WS)、全年稻和麦秸秆全量还田(RWS)4个处理,采用 Illumina高通量测序技术比较了这 4种全年秸秆还田模式下稻田土壤细菌群落结构的变化特征,并分析其理化性质。结果表明:与 CK相比,秸秆还田可提高土壤有机质、氮磷钾养分含量,全年稻、麦秸秆全量还田及 0~ 5 cm土层土壤增幅较大。秸秆还田并没有显著提高土壤细菌多样性指数;各处理中前三位优势菌门为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi),分别占总序列的

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effects of total rice and wheat straw returning on the paddy soil ecological environment in wheat-rice crop rotation system,the high-throughput sequencing technology was used to compare paddy soil physical and chemical properties and bacterial community structure characteristics under four straw returning modes:rice and wheat straw no returning( CK),rice straw returning in wheat season(W-RS),wheat straw returning in rice season(R-WS),both rice and wheat straw returning( RWS).The results showed that,compared with CK,returning straw increased the contents of soil organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,with greater increase observed in RWS treatment as well as in 0 ~ 5 cm soil layer.The soil bacteria Sobs and Shannon index were not affected by straw returning.In all treatments,the top three dominant bacteria phyla were Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria and Chloroflexi,accounting for 38.9%,17.0% and 14.1% of the total sequence,respectively.The bacterial phyla with significant differences among treatments belonged to the rare phyla whose relative abundance were less than 0.5%.Soil organic matter,soil moisture content,total phosphorus and total nitrogen content represented the key soil physical and chemical properties that affected bacterial diversity in all soil layers.In conclusion,at the annual scale,straw returning to the field could change soil physical and chemical properties and thus affect soil bacterial community structure,especially the rare bacterial taxa.
