Effects of organic fertilizer and plant density on agronomic characters and yield of taro Xianghe

    摘要:

    以泰兴香荷芋为材料,采用二因素随机区组试验设计,设置15、30、45 t/hm2(F15、F30、F45)有机肥用量和3.75万、5.25万、6.75万株/hm2(M3.75、M5.25、M6.75)种植密度,研究有机肥和种植密度对芋头植株主要农艺性状和产量结构的影响。结果表明,与F15相比,F30、F45处理株高、叶面积指数、茎和叶的干物质积累量均有显著增加(P<0.05),6叶期分别提高5.56%、5.56%、3.15%、23.41%和12.88%、23.33%、21.44%、30.51%,12叶期分别提高5.95%、6.96%、3.85%、8.78%和10.40%、10.43%、9.41%、13.04%。与M3.75相比,两叶期株高、茎和叶的干物质积累量随种植密度增加呈下降趋势,叶面积指数则基本一致(6叶期M6.75除外)。有机肥用量、种植密度及其互作对芋头产量结构均有显著效应,增肥增密可获得高产,F45M6.75子孙芋理论产量和实际产量最高,分别为24625、22949 kg/hm2。而F45M5.25子孙芋的商品芋产量最高,为15727 kg/hm2。因此,综合子孙芋产量和商品性考虑,建议有机肥施用量45 t/hm2,种植密度5.25万株/hm2作为该地区香荷芋最优栽培措施。

    Abstract:

    Two-factor random block group experiment was conducted using taro Xianghe with the treatments of three organic fertilizer dosages(15,30 and 45 ton/hm2)and three densities(3.75×104,5.25×104 and 6.75×104 plants/hm2).The effects of organic fertilizer dosages and densities on agronomic characters,yield structure were studied.The results showed that plant height,leaf area index,stem and leaf dry weight were significantly increased under F30 and F45 compared with F15(P<0.05),and were increased by 5.56%,5.56%,3.15%,23.41% and 12.88%,23.33%,21.44%,30.51% at 6th leaf stage,and by 5.95%,6.96%,3.85%,8.78% and 10.40%,10.43%,9.41%,13.04% at 12th leaf stage, respectively.Compared with M3.75,the plant height,stem and leaf dry weight with the increased of density showed a downward trend both 6th and 12th leaf stages,while the leaf area index was relatively consistent(except for M6.75 at 6th leaf stage).Fertilizer dosage,density and their mutual effects on taro yield were significant,increasing planting density and fertilizer dosage can easily access to high yield.The experiments obtained the maximum theoretical yield and actual yield(24625,22949 kg/hm2)when fertilizer was 45 tons/hm2 and density was 6.75×104 plants/hm2,and F45M5.25 had the highest yield of commercial taro with 15727 kg/hm2.It is suggested for this region that the organic fertilizer of 45 tons/hm2 and planting density of 5.25×104 plants/hm2 are the optimal measures considering the production and commercial situation.
